I have been an Event Manger for Art In Session 501c3 since October 2023. Art In Session is a non profit that provides professional & educational opportunities for creatives of all kinds. We do this by traveling across the country, providing creative programming and activations for events and festivals. From managing large-scale art galleries, to hosting multi-day workshop events, our team is always on the move!

Fundraiser Event Production
Create business plan, budget & expense sheets
Outline all paid positions & their responsibilities
Hire & on-board team
Secure sponsor funding
Design all event branding, advertisements and website.
Make & execute marketing plan
Manage event set up, artist / vendor load in, and more
Oversee build of the Art Gallery
Oversee build of mural walls
Oversee sound & stage set up
Oversee front gate set up
Manage all event employees
Responsible for the open & close of the event
Manage the teardown of the event
Manage payouts
Art Gallery Activation Management
Manage communications for Art Gallery artists
Create “Artist Info” manuals for all artists
Organize and design art gallery layout
Hire & manage communications with art gallery sales staff
Manage communications between gallery artists
Management of all artist arrivals & gallery wall set up
Management of gallery sales
Management of gallery employees (create schedules, etc)
Responsible for the open & close of the gallery
Manage the teardown of the Official Art Gallery
