• Organize applications for Art Gallery, Live Painter, & Muralists

• Manage the Art Gallery budget

• Manage all communication within my department

Pre fest On-Site:

• Site planning & placement for activations

• Arrive early to prep the site

• Manage communications between visual artists & the festival

• Manage on-site build of the Official Art Gallery

• Manage build of some art installations

During Event On-Site:

• Responsible for the open & close of the Official Art Gallery

• Manage all sales for the Official Art Gallery

• Manage communications between all artists & the festival

• Act as artist liaison 

During Event On-Site:

• Manage the teardown of the Official Art Gallery

• Manage payouts for all Art Gallery Artists & Staff
