Client: SolFest Music & Arts Festival
I was hired through Art In Session to manage the Official Art Gallery for SolFest Music & Arts Festival. This position came with many pre & post event responsibilities, as well as 7 days of on-site work.
My Responsibilities
Pre-Fest:
Create “Artist Info” manuals for all artists
Organize and design art gallery layout
Manage communications with art gallery sales staff
Pre fest On-Site:
Oversee build of the Official Art Gallery tent & walls
Manage set up of Official Art Gallery sales system
Management of all artist arrivals & gallery wall set up
During Event On-Site:
Manage all sales for the Official Art Gallery
Manage all Art Gallery employees
Responsible for the open & close of the Official Art Gallery
Post Event:
Manage the teardown of the Official Art Gallery
Manage payouts for all Art Gallery Artists & Staff
