Client: Texas Eclipse & Secret Dreams Festival
I was hired as lead production for an official pre-party & late-night stage at the Texas Eclipse Festival. The Texas Eclipse festival was a 100,000 person music, art, and technology festival that took place in Burnet, Texas during the 2024 total solar eclipse.
My Responsibilities
Event Prep:
Create business plan, budget & expense sheet for the activation
Outline all paid positions & their responsibilities
Hire & on-board team
Create sponsor deck & secure sponsor funding

Make & execute marketing plan
Event On-Site:
Manage event operations
Oversee Sound & Stage set up
Oversee Vendor load in
Manage all event employees
Manage teardown of event
Post Event:
Manage payouts for all staff
